  • The ability to remain calm, professional and efficient during busy service periods.
  • A good understanding of food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness standards.

  • A professional and friendly manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.
  • The ability to take initiative, make sound decisions and work effectively under pressure.
  • A flexible approach, with a willingness to assist in other areas of the café when required.
  • A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high standards.

Training & Flexibility:

  • Willingness to undertake relevant training and develop supervisory and hospitality skills.
